ERP System

With this vessel registration system, every spare part supplied to your vessel is recorded, ensuring the accurate provision of the required spare parts (e.g., nozzles, piston rings, or liners).

We provide 24/7 technical service and spare parts supply.

Thanks to our in-house logistics company, materials can be delivered rapidly. Within Europe, materials can be dispatched directly from the warehouse to the aircraft, reducing delays caused by customs procedures.

PIT-STOP Services

Engine spare parts required are prepared in a small container based on planned maintenance schedules or requested lists. If needed, maintenance equipment for engine overhauls can also be included. The vessel collects the container at the port, uses the parts for maintenance, and returns the container with the replaced items at the next port.

Recondition

We provide reconditioning services for all engines and auxiliary equipment with a 12-month warranty period.

This includes Cylinder Heads, Piston Rods, Engine Blocks, Crankshafts, Coating Nozzles and Fuel Pumps, Governors, Turbochargers, and more.

Exchange Service

Items to be reconditioned are collected from the vessel and replaced with ready-to-use, reconditioned spares. The reconditioned spare is delivered to the vessel’s port of call before the original item is removed, speeding up operations. All reconditioning services come with a 12-month warranty.

Overhaul

We offer comprehensive overhaul support for Main Engines, Diesel Generators, Boilers, Turbochargers, Alternators, Electric Motors, Maneuvering Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Electrical Failures, and more.

Workshop locations include the Netherlands, Dubai, Shanghai, and Singapore. However, we can provide technical support at any location based on the vessel’s port of call or even during voyages.

We also serve onshore facilities and power plants.

Our team can supply the mobile equipment required during overhauls. Pricing is negotiable, typically ranging from €72.50/hour for standard engineers to €98.50/hour for senior superintendent engineers (overtime applies). Day rates and lump-sum or man/day project pricing are available. We operate in locations such as Nigeria/Angola, Mexico, the US, Singapore, and Europe.

Annual Spare Parts Procurement Agreement

An annual agreement is made for the engine’s spare part list, with materials stocked at the vessel’s operating location. The vessel receives the required materials as needed, paying only for the items supplied (no storage fees).

Complete Engine from Stock

We maintain a 4,000-square-meter secondhand engine depot. Complete overhauls are performed on engines according to customer needs, and they are supplied under warranty.
